Purpose
1.1 To provide a means of securement in shipment of agriculturalequipment on railroad flat cars and flat-bed trucks by utilizing a T-hookand slot method.
1.2 This proposal is intended to reduce the possibility of damage tomaterial shipped and to provide increased economy in shipping.
